This leather swivel flogger combines the ease of use of a ball bearing swivel with the impact of leather and suede. These swivel floggers are ideal for individuals with wrist complications as the swivel allows for the falls to swing around the handle and minimizes the amount of twisting and flipping that is needed in the handle. These floggers have twenty-four 18" falls, with inner falls of soft, thick, suede and an outer wrap of plush, supple leather. Please note, not all colours may be in stock but can be ordered in.
