This soft premium garment leather collar is 1" wide, lined with smooth leather, and is softer and more supple than the usual leather versions. A heavy-gauge O-ring provides an attachment point. It has a lockable buckle, but locks are not necessary to keep the collar fastened. Made in Los Angeles, California. We also have a matching leash and cuffs!

The Small/Medium minimum length is 11¼", with a maximum of 13½".
